Our troupe is an ALL-INCLUSIVE troupe of T-SHIRT or BODYSUIT, BACKPACK, PAINT, POWDER, FOOD, DRINKS, SECURITY & A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A. Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk (The Agreement) – Insomniacs J’ouvert Troupe, Inc. I have voluntarily elected to be a participant in the Insomniacs J’ouvert Troupe, Inc. held on, during St. Thomas Carnival on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 in the United States Virgin Islands and agree to fully and forever waive and release any and all rights and claims for any injuries and damages, including, but not limited to demands or actions for negligence, premises liability, emotional injury, intentional conduct, resulting in unintended injury or damage tort claims, and any other actions or demands of whatsoever nature, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I have or may have against:
- Insomniacs J’ouvert Troupe, Inc., (the "Organization") its employees, principals, directors, shareholders, agents, members, managers, affiliates and representatives, and all sponsors of Insomniacs J’ouvert Troupe (the "Event"), including its subsidiaries at this “Event, whether my participation is as a registered member, contractor, volunteer or spectator at this “Event”.
B. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks involved in this “Event” and I voluntarily assume these risks. I further understand that this “Event” involves walking/dancing as part of a larger group on public streets where hazards exist. I assume all risk of injury or death. I also understand that I should take every precaution to prevent serious injury. These risks include serious physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, damage to myself and/or third parties, and damage to personal property of any or all such persons. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity, which I further agree is for recreational purposes and completely voluntary.
C. I hereby give permission for the “Organization” to publish on the internet or media still photographs or moving images, including, if applicable, any sound recordings accompanying the images taken at this “Event”, without payment or any consideration and without notifying me.
D. I understand and agree that these images will become the property of the “Organization”, which shall have complete ownership of the images. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Organization to publish or distribute these images for the purpose of publicizing the Organization's “Event” (s) or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any rights or other compensations arising out of or related to the use of the images.
